What can you do with the flashcards?
Simple play: Give your child the cards with a few colourful items you have laying around the house, such as blocks, candies, bits of paper and enjoy the magic of a child’s mind as he experiments with sorting.
Sensory play: Getting your hands right into the learning material! Give your child a baking sheet with sand, rice or lentils and bury the cards underneath. Playdough is also a great way for your child to interact with flashcards by decorating the balloons with his own patterns.
Memory: Place the cards upside down on the floor and take turns searching for colours with your little one. When she is older, you can take turns searching for a specific colour. When she is still learning the colours, you can simply take turns ‘revealing’ a new number.
